After receiving a Notification of Refusal on my Tourist Subclass 600 visa onshore, from the Department of Home Affairs, I was referred to Prime Immigration Specialists for assistance. An application for Merits Review was lodged with the AAT and was given a BVA to remain lawful until the outcome of the merits review. My case was finally remitted back to the Department of Home Affairs. My subclass 600 visa was reinstated to me.
